1
Coolant level
The correct amount, type, mixture, and pH of coolant is necessary in order to keep your engine from overheating. If any of these elements are incorrect, your engine can overheat.2
Engine oil
Keeping the proper oil level in your engine keeps it lubricated and running; changing it at the correct time/mileage intervals prevents premature engine wear. Is it a quart or more low? Add!3
Timing Belt
The timing belt drives your engine. Have you driven more than 60,000 miles without changing it? You are risking a failure that could severely damage your engine.4
Check Engine Light
The check engine light tells you there is a problem somewhere in your emissions systems. Is the light flashing? Stop driving your vehicle and get it to a qualified shop immediately.5
Tires
Proper inflation and tread depth of your tires will help your gas mileage and ensure a safer ride on the road. Do they look o.k? They should still be checked regularly.6
Brakes
Healthy brakes mean your car will stop within the distance it is designed to stop. Hearing squealing or grinding noises while braking? It is time to have them checked by a professional.Minor Service
