Dean's found and repaired a mysterious recurrent problem with my 5 year old van. It's now been several months since the repairs were completed and the problem has not returned. I am very pleased and recently returned to have other work completed.

As always, Dean's executed this service visit smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. George was great with keeping me appraised of findings and cost estimates to ensure that the all necessary/recommended repairs were done on this day with no surprises.

Very friendly, (which is key) and did a very thorough analysis of the car. I was impressed and will be going back there! Of course, the price was fair as well.

I have kids and a floral business, when the "check engine" indicator light came on, I wanted help now. Was able to drop the van off at Dean's in the morning. They checked it out, found the problem and called me with the details. Because of my floral deliveries, we set up a plan for the work to be done the next day. It was done in about 3 hours, so I was back on the road, picking up kids, or flowers and getting the orders delivered. The van is back to running fine!!! Thanks for the rides to and from your shop, that was great.
