Efficient, straightforward, courteous

We have been taking both our Acuras to Dean's for a while now. The service is excellent and timely. My wife's car died on the road unexpectedly this past week while I was traveling. Peter, as usual, took great care and handled everything seamlessly. It was a great relief to know that things were under control. Highly recommended.

Very nice and helpful

It is nice to use the after hours drop off and get a call the next day to discuss the vehicle problem and how to proceed. Always a friendly person on the phone explaining everything to you. Usually Peter. Our leaking radiator was replaced and the radiator cap. We also had the oil changed which was due.

I've been using Dean's Automotive for a bit over a year now and they've consistently delivered good and flexible service. They work with me when I'm traveling to drop my car off and pick it up around the trip so that it's repaired while I'm away, and the one time that there was a mistake during the repair they made it right. Always a friendly face when I've walked it and I've got nothing but good things to say so far.
