Deans made my first auto repair experience supe quick and easy! I've only recently gotten my first car at 23 years old and honestly know nothing about maintenance except to take the car to an auto repair shop if lights flash at you. Well, turns out one of my tail lights went out, and when my friend and I tried to fix it, it still didn't work. I went to Deans because they had good reviews and were close by. I was afraid it would cost a lot to fix my tail light since I was quoted somewhat high by others, thinking it was for an electrical/wiring issue with the lights; thankfully, just as I was about to leave for work one of the employees ran after me to tell me that we had just put in the wrong bulb! They fixed the light for me in under 15 minutes and I was a happy camper with my car fixed and my costs much lower than expected! Thank you for not overcharging me and being very kind and accommodating! :)
