Joe was responsive and very knowledgeable. Deans always gives the me the confidence that I am getting the best objective advice. They are in it for the long haul and not just to make a transaction. I have taken my 2005 Honda Element to Deans since I bought it brand new and have never had an issue with that car and I am certain it has to do with the consistent and high quality service that Deans provides. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly shop, don't hesitate to bring your car to Dean's. Brought my car for some issue that prevented me from passing SMOG. They did a thorough investigation, found & fixed the issue (bad air pump) and made sure my car was in condition to pass the test. I like the quality of their work, and the customer service they provide. No bs, job well done.
