My battery was consistently drained after sitting idle for 4-5 days. The condition was analyzed as a parasitic drain. However, after keeping the car for over three weeks, they were not able to identify the source, and reported that the car consistently started after sitting for long periods of time. I retrieved my car, and was told if the battery dies again, to have it towed back to Dean's. I have had the car only for a couple of days now.

I have been to Dean's Automotive twice in last couple of years. Once for fuel supply blockage, another time for alignment. In both cases, the job was finished in efficient manner. The communication for George is very clear. Definitely will visit again when the need arises.

I have a Acura ILX Hybrid which travels less than 7500 miles/year. Hence, it doesn't need service often. Nevertheless, Dean's is happy to provide what I need, is professional and efficient, happy to drive me back home when I need a ride. I used them to service my prior vehicle, a Volvo S70; and they were candid when they thought I ought to consider a new vehicle rather than continue to service an aging vehicle. A shop that continues to provide excellent service. Thanks.
