Dean's Automotive's Customer Loyalty Rewards Program
At Dean's Automotive, we know you have a choice when it comes to choosing your Mountain View auto repair shop, and your loyalty to us is greatly appreciated. To show our appreciation, we are happy to offer you our Customer Loyalty Rewards Card that helps you save money on your auto repair services! If you accept our offer, you will receive a card with a unique identifying number.
Each time you visit our shop for auto maintenance or auto repair in Mountain View, we will add the dollar amount that equals 2% of your service that day (before taxes) to your card. Once the balance on your card exceeds $5 (minimum balance required), you may apply the dollar amount of your choosing from the balance on your card (minus the $5 min.) toward a service or repair for a maximum of 50% of the invoice.*
Example: The dollar amount on your card is $45. Your auto repair service that day totals $165 (parts and labor). You choose to reduce the invoice by $30; your invoice is now $135 plus tax; the balance on your card is now $15 plus $2.70 (2% of $135) = $17.70, with $12.70 available for future use. *

Refer-A-Friend Program
We also have a great Refer-A-Friend program at Dean's Automotive. If you are a current customer and refer a new customer to us, when that new customer schedules an auto repair appointment we will post an additional $20 to your card. The new, referred customer will also receive a Dean's Automotive Rewards Card with 2% of their first visits invoice deposited in their account - everyone wins!!
Mountain View Chamber Members Program
If you are a current member of the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce and accept one of our Loyalty Rewards Cards, we will post a 1x initial reward of $25 to your card. In addition, upon your next visit to our shop, we will post 2% of your invoice that day to your card. It's our way of saying "Thank You" for the great work you do in Mountain View, CA!
