MOUNTAIN VIEW AUTO REPAIR

Dean's automotive was able to get my son's Dodge van-conversion (model year 2000) pass the smog-test. Granted that it took Peter some time to find the problem of the van failing the smog-test...at least four other places tried to do it over last 18 months.. None of them could do it, till Peter took on the challenge and succeeded. So my takeaway from this experience is...if you need to fix a really difficult auto-repair related problem...take it to Dean's and have Peter do his thing.

Great prompt service

This was my second contact with Peter and his guys at DEAN'S . They services my car (oil change) while I waited and during that time two NEW clients walked in to make their first appointment with Peter. On a scale of 1 to 5 for overall customer and technical service they get a 5 from me.

Peter was excellent to work with. He took my call and said they could do a diagnostic check (offered a 10% discount for AAA members) and completed a complicated 4Wheeldrive service at the last day of the year. I will use his shop again and will recommend my friends too.

I am really pleased at finding Dean's. The repair shop I had been using for over 15 years suddenly closed, and I scrambled to find a new place. I've only had two services, but I'm impressed with the quality and thoroughness of Dean's. I also appreciate that my time is valued and that my car is ready when they say it will be.
