Peter carefully listened to my problems/requests and then enthusiastically responded with either a "can do" or a suggestion of what could be done. His team did a great job addressing the various issues and he also went out of his way to have tasks (new radio and a car detail) done by vendors close to his shop. I found the shop to be a "one-stop" experience. He is my preferred vendor this vehicle.
