From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew this was going to be a good experience - George on the front desk made me feel very welcome and explained everything very clearly. The paperwork was easy to understand and well presented. The cost of the job was exactly what was quoted - not nasty surprises of additional work (unlike all my other auto shop experiences). Pick up was efficient - thanks Warren and I even got to talk to Donna and discuss her new book fearless autocare. This whole operation had quality and the highest standards of professionalism running through its veins.

I had my check engine light on for a long time. Three different mechanics did work on the car only for the light to come back on. I finally dropped off the car with Warren at Dean's Automotive where he correctly diagnosed the problem and stood behind his diagnosis even when I pressed him. And sure enough, he was correct all the way. The pesky light is off and the Mercedes is running better than ever.

I had another great experience here. I took my car in for an inspection after buying a used car, and they provided detailed accounts of what it would need, and prioritized the list to help me prepare a budget/plan for dealing with my used car. I was much appreciated!

Over the weekend my car decided it didn't want to start. The engine was turning over but it just wouldn't start. With the help of some friends we "push started" my car. That night I booked an appointment at Dean's to see if they could identify what may have caused my engine to not start along with having them do my 30K serving. There was a 2 day span from when I had my incident and when I could make it into the shop. During that time frame everything operated normally. When I went in, I got quoted a price for the diagnostics and repair. As it turns out, the mechanics weren't able to replicate my problem and all the scans/diagnotics they ran came up empty. Since they couldn't find anything to fix they took that line item off my bill. I am very happy with my experience and the free engine scan along with their assurance that everything is working as it should. These guys are great and I'll definitely be back for any future car related needs.
