I saw their ad in the Town Crier and called. George was kind and courteous on the phone. My car needed a intermediate maintenance check. George called and patiently explained all that was right and all that needed work on my car. He even prioritized what needed to be done so I could space it apart and not have to spend so much money all at once.

I've been taking my Hondas to Warren McCord every 7,500 miles for at least 20 years now (thanks to synthetic oil) because his approach to preventive maintenance is the right approach. He's not in the business of selling customers newer models, so there's no conflict of interest as there could be with a Honda dealer. Thus there is no worry that he will do just the bare minimum like changing the oil (and little else). For instance, he tests ALL the fluids for quality and recommends renewal (including thorough flushing) when signs such as excess water in the brake fluid or wrong acidity in the cooling fluid are detected, regardless of mileage, thus guarding against more expensive service in the future. I'm confident his team has all the up-to-date equipment and experience to perform any likely service, and by giving them the chance through regular visits at the recommended intervals I know each next 7,500 miles is as likely to be as trouble-free as can be. The courtesy rides to work when the car is brought in are also much appreciated.

I took my 2002 car in for a presale inspection. George was very helpful on the phone and in person. I was not able to get back on the anticipated day, and they kept the car inside the garage without any issues until I returned to town several days later. George then went over every item, including giving me a hands-on demo. The workmanship and service were exceptional!

I took my car for a regular oil change and got a great 5 stars treatment. First I got a ride to my favorite coffee shop, then I received a call from George letting me know that one of my belt needed to be changed. This took a bit longer than I anticipated and I needed to be back in my home office. Warren came and gave me a ride, and picked me up on my schedule to get the car. All was fixed, my car is running great, I I was chauffeured around. This is what exceeding customer expectation is. Thank you and keep it up!

In laws borrowed our vehicle for a golfing trip. They returned on a Friday afternoon and reported the left front headlight had burned out. I called George at 3 PM and wanted to set up an appointment. He politely placed me on hold and checked with the remaining mechanics and announced, "bring it on down we can take care of the light".
