My 1996 jeep cherokee had a bad starter. I took it to Dean's. They analyzed it that afternoon and fixed it the next morning. They even called for a car rental for me.

I really appreciated the breakdown of the diagnosis of my car. The results in writing were both printed and written.

While returning from San Jose, I detected an unusual knocking noise in the engine. I drove directly to Deans late that same afternoon and after an initial assessment I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning. Mid afternoon, George called to advise the knock was completely repaired and at a reasonable expense. I was very pleased with Dean's exceptional service, expertise and courtesy.

The problem was diagnosed and serviced in the time promised.

Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional. Exactly what you want from a car place. Rarely what you get.

This is annoying that I have to answer all the spaces when I have made my private comments.
