Friendly, down-to-Earth people that don't look down on you. Was thinking about docking a star because I had to come in a week after repairs because TPMS sensor ID was incorrectly entered into pressure monitoring computer (minor mistake), but decided not to because overall great service of other engine problems more than made up for it and they didn't try to blame/charge me for their mistake. I thought about taking the TPMS sensor problem to Firestone, but they wanted to charge $500+. Dean's only charged for the price of the TPMS sensor itself (no labor) because I was having $10k+ worth of additional work anyway.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I just moved to the area and looked on Yelp for highly-reviewed local mechanics because my 'check coolant' light lit up. I was clearly given information on the cost to inspect the car and figure out the issue. The price seemed reasonable, but not cheap. Once the mechanics at Dean's Automotive learned what the issue was, George, the Service Advisor, quoted the amount it would take to fix the issue...which in my case was more than I was willing to pay, since I had already decided I wanted to buy a new car in a few months. I mentioned this to George and he agreed that the costly repairs were likely not worth it since I wanted to get a new car. So...I was not pressured to use their services, George remained courteous and friendly even after I mentioned I would not be taking the repairs. All around this was a very positive experience. And the shuttle service was so helpful and I would definitely recommend Dean's Automotive to other customers.
