This was the easiest, most stress free visit to a mechanic ever. George took the time to listen as i told him what the issue was, to explain what they were going to do, to reassure me as they discovered the issue and explained what the next steps were. I never worried about my car once while it was with them. And now it drives like new. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

The folks at Dean's are always so nice. I recently brought my car in for an emergency window repair and they were able to work on it right away. I needed a ride home with my toddler son and the manager personally took me and my son home in my vehicle so we could use the car seat. They communicated to me several times throughout the day about the status of my car and it was fixed the same day. I highly recommend Dean's Automotive!

I took my jeep cherokee with a slight shimmy in the steering when driving on the freeway. My husband and I were planning on driving to Placerville next week. We were reluctant to drive the Jeep with the steering problem. Dean's not only took care of the shimmy in the steering but warned us about a nail in the right front tire. Now both problems have been taken care of, and we can head north with confidence.

Professional, on-time (they even worked a bit overtime to ensure my servicing was done by the end of the day), all with a smile, sense of family and ultimate commitment to service. Dean's is the best!

Over the last 4 to 5 years I have had dean's automotive work on a couple of cars and I have been very pleased with all of the work done. The owner, Warren and the manager, George, have always been helpful and honest with what would have to be done and the costs. Their mechanical knowledge along with the mechanics working on the cars is very good. They communicate well and are fair in their pricing and will work with you on trying to save money. Their local service to pick you up or take you home is also very helpful. I will continue to also use them.Some of the work has been clutch work, drive line replacement, electrical headlight problem, engine stalling problem. This is a good place to take your car.

Wonderful service, as always. I have full confidence in driving any car (and I have been at Dean's for over 20 years) after they have checked it out.
