MOUNTAIN VIEW AUTO REPAIR

Going back over 1 year ago I brought in my 1989 ford ranger pickup for new shocks and other work. I have maintained my truck even having it repainted and a rebuilt motor installed and the folks at Dean's were very good at seeing how well i maintain my truck. As I said I had Dean's install new shocks and some other work and more recently, at the end of January 2012 I had to have the driveline replaced. I did some shopping around to see what a driveline would cost and I did see a cost of from $400.00 and up to about $800.00 for parts and labor. I found out that for the lower cost that the quality of work on the driveline might not be that good. Dean's, " George" told me why they deal with a particular local company for the driveline rebuild. I agreed with their recommendation and I am very satisfied with their quality of work and honesty. The owner, Warren, is always very good at explaining what and why they do the repair work in a very specific way. His entire staff are very good and I would recommend Dean's to all. They are not the least expensive but they do know their work and the quality is there. You get what you pay for. Yes I will go back to them.

I had some long overdue maintenace done on my Ford Escape Hybrid. As usual the service was excellent, the quote was accurate and thework was done well.

I was in and out in 20 minutes, and I paid only for the part, as the labor was free! It was even better, because I had heard that this 'simple' task can be complicated and expensive in the Prius, depending on the model year.

I just used Dean's Automotive for the first time on my Honda Accord with 95000 miles on it. I asked them to do a tuneup and give me a list of what else needed to be done on the car. The service was done promptly at a moderate price and George was very helpful in going over what other jobs needed to be done both on the phone and in writing when I picked up the car. Thanks to everyone at Deans.

From calling for an appointment to picking up my car after its service, I was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I always experience at Dean's. They communicated clearly regarding the service needs my car had, provided me a ride home, and offered a prepaid car wash coupon. In addition to their automotive expertise, their attention to customer service is superb. It is a pleasure doing business with those at Dean's.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Dean's Automotive. I had a 100,000 tune up and everything was done on time and for lightly less than quoted. These people know and love cars. George provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done and why,and was never condescending. Great experience, highly recommend.

What can I say? First it was Chris and now it's Warren, but you've kept my 22-year-old Toyota Corolla running like a top. Plus I trust your advice. Thank you.

We have taken our daughter's old Toyota 4Runner to Dean's for extensive work. They have been courteous, friendly, honest about the condition of the car and repair needs and quick to do the work. We couldn't ask for more!
