I was looking for a trustworthy repair shop to address several maintenance items on our 2004 MDX. After reading some reviews and getting comp quotes I decided to give Dean's Automotive the business and I am glad that I did. Pricing was competitive, all services were explained before, during and after the service. Invoice is detailed, car was returned to me on time washed and vacuumed. Staff was helpful and courteous. I plan on using Dean's Automotive for future repair/maintenance needs.

I was very impressed with he turn-around time in getting my vehicle completed when it had more than one issue. My only complain is that their prices are a bit on the high end, especially the check engine light analysis. Other than that I would recommend this place to my friends.

George, the Customer Service rep, was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with my car and how they would fix it. He was very patient with my questions. He also made arrangements to get a loaner car for me since the repairs were more extensive than initially thought. I trust Dean's with my car (a '92 Honda Civic) and know they will continue to give me great customer service!
