I've been very happy with Dean's for a few years. Their estimates are very detailed and almost always bang-on - you'll get a call for any deviations, with a full explanation. They explain everything up-front, have no problem taking the time to answer questions, and are always friendly. When a mistake was made, I got a call from George, they fessed up and explained what happened, and fixed it right away. This is the way a small business should be run.

I made an appt. to have my brakes overhauled and up-graded, the work was done in one day as promised. Clear, concise information from svc. mgr., the actual cost was as promised during the estimate. My truck stops better than with factory brakes.

Professionals in Dean' Automotive are very courteous and informative. My oil change was done in a satisfactory manner and i was given recommendations to improve my car performance as well with a great explanation.

Dean's Automotive diagnosed a transmission problem in a Plymouth Voyager that no other repair facility was able to explain. The new transmission that they installed has cured the problem.
