Dean's does all the work on my Toyota Prius and Honda Odyssey. They always do good work, on time as promised. They sometimes recommend repairs based on their inspection, but they aren't pushy about it.

Replaced the rear struts and master cylinder same day AND at the exact cost quoted... even cleaned my dirty car! Staff is always friendly and courteous - and totally professional!

This trip was only for an oil change, but as always, there was a question about my dear aging car. Quick service and investigation into the question gave me everything I needed to know. In and out with great efficiency and always, warm smiles from George and Warren (and the cat).

After 10 years of dealing with the dealer(s) and being disappointed and frustrated every time, Dean's is a refreshing change! Common courtesy, friendly people, explanation of what needs to be done in plain english, and fair prices. They even diagnosed a problem that the dealer couldn't. Dean's is my new mechanic, and I would definitely recommend them. I don't know why it took me so long.

Thank you to all the Dean's team. I barely made it into the shop with a dead battery, with only 45 minutes before I had to leave for a meeting. They checked my battery (quite dead!), gave me two options for replacement, and had me out the door with 10 minutes to spare. Once again, outstanding, professional performance!

In at 8:00, out before noon! A nice surprise. The job was well done and my car was washed. George as always, was pleasant and helpful. I will certainly use this shop for future mechanical assistance.
