Took my Prius in for the 90K service. The experience was pleasant as always. Received a ride back to work, car was ready as promised, and to my delight, it was shiny from a complimentary car wash! Can't think of a thing to complain about... well, maybe a new couch in the waiting room would be nice. It's a bit soft. ;)

I commute over 180 miles each day and sometimes I am forced to go elsewhere for my auto repairs. I had a severe noise coming out of the front left of my Ford Escape and I left it with a Ford dealership in the Central Valley for 4 days. They couldn't locate the problem and charged me $125 for the inspection fee. When I took it to Dean's they found the problem within one day (front struts) and fixed it. When I sent a copy of the bill from Dean's to the Ford dealership, they were so embarrassed that their Service Manager gave me a refund. Way to go Dean's!

As usual Dean's provided the highest service in terms of both technical expertise as well as caring and accommodating customer service. George was willing to quickly schedule an alignment for my son's car on a busy Friday afternoon since my son was home on a very quick turn-around weekend visit from college.

I have a 10 year old car that I still love. I want it to last at least another year, so I've always kept it serviced on time. I've moved and came to Dean's for the first time. Warren and George approached the work just like I wanted - they were absolutely thorough. They found maintenance that had not been done, and some work that was suggested and not needed. They prioritized what needed to be done, did the work quickly, and explained everything. Washed the car too! Car works great, and I think that I can go 1-2 years more with it. Last, they give a 2-year guarantee. Amazing.

They were very good at keeping us updated. We are a one car couple so they gave us a ride home and then arranged Hertz rent-a-car for us. They kept our car in a locked area since they had it for a week do to problems with the part which was not their fault.
