Everything was great. Wonderful service, most places do not offer an overall check like you did so I appreciate it. Although my front left parking light was out and that was missed, BUT you did find the back light and replaced that, in which I had not known was out. Thank you very much for your wonderful service.

Brought my Prius to Dean's for the 100K service. Was pleasantly surprised that the car was already up-to-date and only had to perform the tire rotation/balance. Appreciated the honesty of this shop! How would I know if the coolant or transmission fluid needs to be changed again, right? So wonderful to have a place that I can fully trust. I would recommend Dean's to anyone looking for an auto shop that performs quality work and has your best interest in mind.

I have taken my car in a few times for service, and always I am amazed at how George will actually call me for updates, and to let me know how long something will take/ask me if it is okay. I have never had that kind of consideration at a mechanic's before, and I very much appreciate it. I also recently took my car in for both rear lights going out at the same time, and unlike other mechanics, they actually ran a diagnostic test to make sure it was just the lights and not other issues that made them malfunction, so they didn't keep going out.
