professional, nice environment (no donuts....), the to/from ride was outside the norm... al in all - great! ( did I mention: great?)

Very thorough job and very courteous. It took twice as long as I expected (2 hrs) but it was a bit more than just an oil change and I'd brought work with me to do so it ended up being fine. They accommodated me on short notice, too. Overall very satisfied.

Took my car in for first time to Dean's for ABS light. George was very nice and the high cost for repairs was a shock, but it was comparable to other shops that I checked. It took 3 days instead of 1 was my only complaint, but 1 of these days was the supplier's mistake for delivering a wrong part.

Fast service; thorough report of status and work done; good customer service re keeping me advised by phone and offering transportation.

Dean's is very thorough in their work. They are comparable in their prices. Overall I would recommend them to my friends.
